Board “Reality Check”
Board need a boost?  Under the direction of our Entertrainer, Jimmy Cusano, our half day workshop is designed to inspire chambers board members to move past the same ole’ thing and break “Out of the Box.”

Program of Work Facilitation

Leadership Development Programs
Every community is blessed with outstanding leaders. However, maintaining high quality leadership is a constant challenge.  Build a Leadership Program that identifies and trains the upcoming select few that will guide your community into the future. Utilizing hands on experience, our Leadership Development Program is a mixture of information, problem solving and interactive activities devoted to a specific topic. Topics include city government, cultural arts, criminal justice, business and economic development, education, health care and social services.
